Introduction
In this lesson, we’re going to use a GPT from the GPT Store.
The GPT Store is like an app store for AI, offering a variety of pre-built GPTs designed for different functions, from content creation to data analysis. Inside, you’ll find numerous GPTs tailored to specific needs, making it easy to browse, select, and implement the right tool for your tasks.
We’ll dive deeper into GPTs in later weeks, but for now, just follow these instructions to see how it works.
1. Create a presentation with ChatGPT
- Go to ChatGPT
- Click "Explore GPTs" in the left-hand navigation bar.
- Type in “presentation”, and select “Presentations and Slide GPT: PowerPoints, PDFS”. Think of it as ChatGPT for Powerpoint or Google Slides.
- Try entering the following prompt (or come up with your own): “Create a 3-slide presentation on how AI will change the field of marketing. It should include the following topics: The rise of AI in marketing, What it means for your job, and What you should do about it. Each slide should have a heading, a description, and an illustration. The illustration should be professional but fun. The deck should look futuristic but safe. Include a talk track for each slide.”
- Pretty cool, right? In a few minutes, you should have a fancy new presentation. Click “view or download.” It’ll take you to slidesgpt.com. Wait a few seconds, and your slides should appear. Try downloading the file (either the PPT or Google Slide version).
- Create a new Google Slide deck, and import it.
